✦ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across marketplaces and online channels.
• Manage product listings, content, pricing, promotions and catalogue updates.
• Monitor sales, inventory, orders and overall marketplace performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace partners to keep operations running smoothly.
• Track performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion and sales.
• Support marketplace campaigns, offers and promotional activities.
• Prepare regular reports and share actionable insights from e-commerce data.

✦ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management or a similar role.
• Experience managing consumer products across major online marketplaces is preferred.
• Comfortable working with marketplace dashboards, catalogues, pricing and promotions.
• Good understanding of e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion, traffic and ROAS.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and monthly budgets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple marketplace activities simultaneously.
• Someone who can take ownership rather than simply execute instructions.
